Citizenship class Spanish-128 Questions

Citizenship Class English-128 questions

The new USCIS civics test for naturalization took effect on October 20, 2025, for applicants filing on or after that date. Key changes include a larger bank of 128 questions, an oral test with 20 questions, and the requirement to answer at least 12 correctly to pass. The test will stop once an applicant gets 12 correct or 9 incorrect answers. 
 
Key changes to the civics test
  • Test administration: The test is oral and administered by a USCIS officer. 
     
  • Question bank: The total number of potential questions has increased from 100 to 128. 
     
  • Number of questions on the test: The officer will ask 20 questions during the interview. 
     
Passing score: An applicant must answer at least 12 out of the 20 questions correctly. 
 
When the test stops: The test will end as soon as the applicant answers 12 questions correctly or 9 questions incorrectly. 
 
Effective date: The new version applies to naturalization applications filed on or after October 20, 2025.

Citizenship Class English-100 questions

This course is the assist and add additional practice in order to prepare for the Naturalization Interview for applicants that are eligible to apply for naturalization via the N-400 application. The course is taught in English and consists of review N-400 application, Civics questions, and Reading/Writing practice.
